Every consultant on Waves Fractional holds an active CPA license and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This isn't a general freelance marketplace. The credential is the standard, and we don't make exceptions.

As the founder of Waves Fractional, Marcus is building the platform he wished had existed when he was navigating both sides of the market — as a CPA who wanted more control over his own career, and as a financial leader who watched growing businesses struggle to access the senior expertise they needed at a price that made sense.
